Launch private label creatine gummies from 1,000 bottles per SKU with a fixed Fast Launch option, delivering 2,000 mg per 2-gummy serving. For larger orders, choose an existing formula unchanged or request custom development. Talvenda coordinates formulation, production, batch testing and branded packaging.
*Fast Launch terms apply to the fixed creatine product and bottle. Turnaround starts after stock, order, label and production-file confirmation; shipping time is additional. **Shelf life runs from manufacture, unopened and stored in a cool, dry place.
Creatine Gummy Product Options
For active-nutrition brands adding a chewable creatine format, start with the order route that matches the pack, serving and scale you need. Choose Fast Launch when the fixed gummy and 60-count bottle fit your brief. Choose Production-Ready Formula when you want an existing formula made to order under your brand. A different flavor or formula change moves the project into Custom Development. Compare specifications, scope, lead time and MOQ below.
Share your requirements even if you have not chosen an option. You do not need a product code to get started.

Fast Launch Creatine Gummies
Pectin Sugar-Free Creatine GummiesReference: Tal1044
- Product: Orange flavor, strawberry shape, sugar-free pectin and an oil-coated finish.
- Fixed configuration: The formula, flavor, color, shape, coating and bottle stay unchanged. Your brand supplies the label artwork.
- Changes: Product or pack changes are quoted outside the Fast Launch offer.
Production-Ready Creatine Gummies
Sugar-Free Creatine Gummies with Taurine + GinsengReference: Tal1014
Both featured products center on 2,000 mg of creatine per two-gummy serving and include the same listed companion actives. Compare the fixed Fast Launch configuration with the existing formula produced unchanged under your brand. The amounts for the made-to-order formula are shown below, per 2-gummy serving.
- Creatine
- 2,000 mg
- Taurine
- 20 mg
- Sodium
- 20 mg
- Vitamin B6
- 3 mg
- American ginseng extract
- 4 mg
- Turmeric extract
- 4 mg
- Production: Bulk packaging is planned separately. This is a made-to-order example, not Fast Launch; its own MOQ and lead time are shown in the comparison above.
- Formula changes: Any modification, including flavor, enters Custom Development.
Other Fixed Serving Options
- 1,500 mg: Two 3 g orange gummies per serving, oil-coated.
- 3,000 mg: Two 4.5 g berry gummies per serving, oil-coated.
Each option keeps its existing recipe. Recipe changes require custom development.
Custom Creatine Gummies
- Formula and flavor: Modify an existing recipe, develop a new blend or set a different serving target.
- Combination options: Creatine with magnesium and potassium, with optional vitamin B6; or creatine with vitamins D3 + K2.
- Before quotation: Review active compatibility, serving load and stability for the proposed formula.
Creatine Gummy Formulation & Customization
Creatine Monohydrate & HCl
- Standard form: Creatine monohydrate is used in our production-ready formulas.
- HCl on request: Available through custom development, with ingredient form, taste, serving design and stability assessed for the new formula.
High-Load Serving Design
- Validated options: Existing two-gummy options provide 1,500 mg at 3 g per gummy, 2,000 mg at 4 g per gummy for the fixed Fast Launch option, and 3,000 mg at 4.5 g per gummy.
- Serving and product fit: Compare the full serving rather than only the number of gummies, because piece weight differs across these options. Texture, water activity, pH and heat exposure are reviewed with the proposed load and pack before specification approval.
- Custom doses: A new target, including 5,000 mg per serving, requires custom development and may need larger gummies or more gummies per serving. Piece weight and the number of gummies per serving are set for that project rather than carried over from Fast Launch.
Sugar-Free and Vegan Pectin Options
- Sugar-free pectin: Available in existing formulas, including the fixed Fast Launch product.
- Gelatin: Can be developed for different texture or cost targets. Changing an existing base is custom development.
- Vegan labeling: Depends on the complete ingredient, flavor, color and coating composition.
Creatine Gummy Packaging & Labeling
Packaging and Label Support
- Fast Launch: Fixed 60-count, 250 cc bottle; 30 servings at 2 gummies per serving.
- Production-Ready Formula and Custom Development: Plan the bottle, pouch or single-serve format, fill count and moisture-barrier needs separately.
- Approval: Artwork and pack specifications are approved before production.
Planning Your Order Quantity
See Product Options for the MOQ of each option. Use the 30-serving count for the fixed Fast Launch bottle when comparing quotations, and check which labeling, packing and shipping costs each quote includes.
Weight-to-bottle example: 1,000 kg = 1 metric ton. If 1,000–1,200 kg refers to finished gummy net weight, a 4 g gummy and 60-count fill equal approximately 4,167–5,000 bottle equivalents before production and filling allowances.
This is a theoretical planning example, not a separate bottle MOQ or a guarantee of deliverable full bottles. Final counts depend on gummy weight, fill count and production and filling allowances.
How Your Creatine Gummies Are Made
Once your formula and packaging specifications are approved, the following operations turn the gummy base into finished packs. The selected formula and production site determine the equipment, ingredient-addition sequence and operating settings.
-
Processing vessels and production controls. Base Preparation & Cooking
- The selected gelling and sweetening ingredients are prepared as the gummy base.
- Cooking temperature and syrup concentration follow the approved process for that formulation.
-
Ingredient handling at a mixing vessel. Creatine Addition & Mixing
- The batch recipe defines ingredient weights, addition sequence and mixing conditions for creatine and companion ingredients.
- Heat exposure and dispersion are managed before depositing.
-
Depositing into individual mold cavities. Depositing, Cooling & Demolding
- The prepared mixture is deposited into the selected molds, with shape, deposit quantity and piece weight controlled against the product specification.
- After initial cooling, gummies are demolded before coating.
-
Gummies moving through the coating drum during surface finishing. Coating & Finishing
- The specified surface treatment is applied after demolding and before drying-room setting.
-
Tray-based handling during gummy production. Drying-Room Setting & Conditioning
- After coating, gummies are placed in the drying room for setting and conditioning before packing.
- Room temperature, humidity and holding time follow the selected process to reach the specified texture and moisture condition.
-
Gummy feeding channels ahead of filling. Counting, Filling & Packing
- Finished gummies are counted or weighed into the approved bottle or pouch configuration.
- Fill quantity, sealing and labeling follow the released packaging specification.
Production images illustrate general gummy operations, not a specific creatine batch. Fast Launch uses existing stock rather than a new gummy-production run.
Piece-weight control does not replace a creatine assay. See potency and finished-batch testing for product verification, or our gummy manufacturing overview for the broader production process.
How We Protect Creatine Potency and Stability
Neutral-pH Process and Creatinine Control
Our approved gummy system uses a proprietary neutral-pH process. Under the validated conditions, no conversion to creatinine was detected, and existing potency validation covers 12 months for the tested formula and packaging.
These results apply to that tested system and do not automatically carry over to a new formula or packaging configuration. Finished-batch testing checks a commercial batch against its approved release specification; it is separate from the 12-month potency validation.
24-Month Shelf Life
- Shelf life: 24 months from manufacture, unopened and stored in a cool, dry place.
- Assay and overage: Finished-batch testing checks creatine against the approved specification. Any overage follows stability data for the selected formula and packaging.
- Separate evidence: A release COA is not the same as a shelf-life study.
Finished-Batch COA and Documentation
- Commercial batches: Tested after bulk production is complete. The COA records the agreed chemical, microbiological and creatine assay results for that batch.
- Samples: Do not include specification sheets, COAs or test reports.
- Testing scope: Agree it before production. Independent SGS or Eurofins testing can be arranged; scope, timing and cost are quoted separately.
Manufacturing Network & Quality Systems
Manufacturing Network & Capacity
Manufacturing network: 8 automated gummy lines and 3 bottling lines, with capacity up to 5 million gummies per day across 44,500 m² of GMP-certified production space, plus China and US production options.
The network has served 300+ brand partners over more than a decade, including retail and pharmacy accounts. These are network-wide figures, not capacity reserved for an individual creatine project.
cGMP Production in FDA-Registered Facilities
Talvenda coordinates production through GMP-certified, FDA-registered manufacturing facilities with 100,000-class cleanrooms. Quality controls cover raw material qualification, in-process checks and finished-batch release. Site credentials and commercial-batch documents are provided at the applicable project stage.
Credentials for Your Production Site and Product
Available certifications and registrations depend on the manufacturing site, activity and product. We’ll confirm which credentials apply to your order before production. Sports-certification programs have separate testing, documentation and timing requirements. See our certifications page for the scope.
Samples, Production & Delivery
These project stages cover Production-Ready Formula and Custom Development. Fast Launch uses the fixed product; sample dispatch and approximately 14-day order handling are confirmed separately.
-
Step 01
Choose and Review Your Sample
- Choose an existing formula unchanged, or submit a custom brief.
- Production target: 10 days after formula confirmation and preparation for samples that need production.
- Allow additional time for preliminary development and international transit. In-stock sample dispatch is confirmed separately.
-
Step 02
Pilot Batch and Production Approval
- After sample approval, a pilot batch checks texture, creatine content and packaging fit under production conditions.
- Commercial production follows the approved specification and documented process parameters.
-
Step 03
Commercial Production and Release
- Typical lead time: 20–40 days after order release with approved artwork, packaging and product specifications.
- Commercial batches are tested before release. Development, sampling and shipping require separate time in your launch plan.
Review flavor, texture and appearance. The standard sample is one unlabelled bottle of 60 gummies per formula; its bottle can differ from the branded bulk pack.
See sample options, quotation scope, fees and shipping for the request process and sample-fee credit terms.
Delivery Coordination
- Delivery: Export documentation and delivery coordination are available for brands in the USA, Japan, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Launching Your First Product
Consider Fast Launch when its fixed product and bottle fit your first order, or an existing made-to-order creatine + taurine & ginseng formula produced unchanged. Compare the product specification, sample experience and bulk pack before deciding.
Scaling Up or Adding a Second Source
Review available capacity, batch consistency and supply planning. Available capacity for your creatine order is confirmed with the selected production site.
Is a Creatine Gummy Right for Your Product Line?
A gummy offers a pre-portioned, chewable format without a scoop or shaker. Compare formats by the finished serving—not ingredient weight alone. Match the creatine dose, gummies per bottle and packaging to your target buyer, then review sample taste and texture alongside retail price and cost per serving.
For evidence on formats and dosing, see creatine gummies vs powder and our dosage guide.
Creatine Gummy Manufacturing FAQ
What are the minimum order quantities for creatine gummies?
- Fast Launch: 1,000 bottles per SKU, with a fixed formula and bottle.
- Production-Ready Formula: The featured creatine + taurine & ginseng formula starts at 1,000 kg, produced unchanged. Other fixed options are approximately 1,000–1,200 kg.
- Custom Development: Approximately 1,000–1,200 kg as a starting MOQ range, with the final quantity quoted for the project. This covers any recipe change, including flavor, or a new formula. Packaging is confirmed separately.
How long does sampling and production take?
- Samples needing production: Target 10 days after formula confirmation and preparation. Preliminary development and transit are additional. See the sample guide for availability, fees and shipping.
- Made-to-order production: Typically 20–40 days after order release with approved artwork and specifications.
- Fast Launch: Approximately 14 days after stock, order, label and production-file confirmation, excluding shipping.
Can you make sugar-free or vegan creatine gummies?
Yes. The Fast Launch creatine gummies use a fixed sugar-free pectin formula. Other bases, including gelatin, can be developed as custom projects. Changing the base of any existing formula is custom development. Vegan positioning depends on the complete ingredient, flavor, color and coating composition.
Creatine monohydrate or HCl — which should my brand use?
Monohydrate is our production-ready standard. HCl is available on request through custom development. Our monohydrate vs HCl comparison walks through the tradeoffs.
What is the shelf life, and how is creatine potency checked?
Shelf life is 24 months from manufacture, unopened and stored in a cool, dry place. Creatine assay results and the COA are issued for the finished commercial batch after production and testing. Samples come without specification sheets, COAs or test reports. The required bulk-testing scope is agreed before production; stability evidence is specific to the tested formula, pack and conditions.
Do you deliver to the US, and can my product be Made in USA?
US delivery is available, and US-based production can be reviewed for your project. We confirm the formula, site, MOQ and schedule separately from the China Fast Launch offer. A Made in USA label is not automatic: the wording must be assessed against the actual supply chain and applicable labeling requirements.
