Fast Launch Ashwagandha Gummies

Pectin Ashwagandha GummiesReference: Tal1046

A defined strawberry pectin option for an adult wellness range. Each two-gummy serving contains 300 mg of 10:1 ashwagandha extract plus 25 mcg vitamin D2.

  • Fixed product: 3 g per gummy; purple, drop-shaped pieces with an oil-coated finish. Formula, flavor, color, shape, coating and bottle remain unchanged.
  • Retail pack: 60 gummies in a 250 cc bottle, providing 30 two-gummy servings. Your artwork is applied to the confirmed bottle.
  • Ingredient basis: The 300 mg extract is recorded as 3,000 mg herb equivalent. That equivalent is not an additional ingredient weight or a withanolide amount.
  • Product changes: A different extract, active level, base or flavor enters Custom Development. Packaging changes are quoted outside this fixed offer.

  • Manufacturing route: Produced to order under your brand using the existing formula unchanged, with a 1-metric-ton finished-gummy net-weight MOQ and a typical 20–40-day production window.
  • Specification: Ashwagandha 15 mg is a material amount. Its plant part, extract ratio and any standardization must follow the ingredient specification; the Fast Launch extract basis does not apply.
  • Product planning: Use 3 g per gummy and 60 gummies per bottle for the confirmed order-planning configuration. Serving directions and any revised packaging are agreed for the project.
  • Formula changes: Changing an active, base, sweetener or flavor enters Custom Development. Packaging-only changes are reviewed separately.

Custom Ashwagandha Gummy Development

  • Ingredient and serving goals: Specify the botanical material, intended amount and gummies per serving. We review these together with piece weight and the rest of the formula.
  • Flavor and gummy base: Develop the herbal flavor profile, sweetness and chew through samples. Pectin, gelatin or carrageenan directions are assessed against your product brief.
  • Project scope: A higher extract load, different standardized extract or new combination needs its own feasibility review, sampling, MOQ and timing. The fixed product’s commercial conditions do not carry over.

Your quotation separates the product and quantity basis, development and samples, packaging and printing, agreed batch documentation, any additional independent testing, and delivery. Tell us which items your launch requires.

Discuss a Custom Formula

Build Your Gummy Range

Category: Ashwagandha can lead a focused formula with vitamin D2 or sit within a broader, melatonin-free botanical blend. These are different product concepts, not evidence that one has a stronger effect.

Format: A ready-to-chew gummy needs no mixing and offers an alternative to another capsule. Samples let your team judge flavor and chew before choosing an established formula or setting custom sensory targets.

Brand fit: Use the format to extend an existing supplement range, add a botanical collection or anchor a dedicated adult wellness gummy line. Select the route by formula fit, serving experience and pack—not by ingredient count or herb-equivalent size.

Formulation & Customization

Define Your Gummy Formula

Make the Ingredient Specification Comparable

  • Separate three measures: Extract weight, herb equivalent and withanolide standardization answer different questions. A 10:1 ratio alone does not declare a withanolide percentage.
  • Start with the material: Identify the plant part, extraction basis and any required marker specification before comparing formulas or preparing artwork.

Fit the Formula to the Serving

  • Choose the direction: The Fast Launch option pairs ashwagandha extract with vitamin D2. The made-to-order formula is a five-ingredient botanical blend.
  • Set the complete serving: A different active load may change piece weight, gummy count and the sensory experience. Confirm those together instead of copying another product’s milligram number.

Resolve Herbal Taste Through Samples

  • Review the finish: Compare herbal aroma, bitterness, sweetness, aftertaste and chew in the actual sample. Flavor masking is part of the formulation review.
  • Keep changes explicit: A base, sweetener or flavor change is custom development. Vegan positioning depends on the complete formula, color, flavor and coating.
Packaging & Labeling

Plan Packaging and Labeling

Fixed Packs and Project Packaging

  • Fast Launch: The fixed 60-count, 250 cc bottle contains 30 servings at two gummies per serving. Each gummy weighs 3 g; bottle volume is not product net weight.
  • Made-to-order and custom: Discuss bottles, jars, bags, blister packs or boxes, then confirm fill count and packaging requirements for the selected formula.
  • Label review: Align ingredient identity, amount and serving basis with the approved specification before artwork approval. Packaging changes and formula changes are assessed separately.

What Does a One-Ton Order Mean?

For the made-to-order blend, the MOQ is 1,000 kg of finished gummies, net weight. At 3 g per gummy and 60 gummies per bottle, each bottle contains 180 g of gummies.

Theoretical scale: About 5,555 bottles before production and filling allowances. This is not a separate bottle MOQ.

View the quantity calculation

1,000,000 g ÷ 180 g = 5,555 complete bottles, with 100 g remaining before production and filling allowances.

Actual packed output depends on approved fill count, production and packing allowances, and packaging-component minimums. No daily-use or 30-day-pack claim is assumed for this blend.

Production Process

How Gummies Are Made

For made-to-order and custom projects, approved formulation and packaging specifications guide these six production steps. Botanical dispersion and flavor balance are key control points; the selected formula determines the operating settings.

  1. Operator at the control panel beside gummy processing vessels
    Processing vessels and production controls.

    Base Preparation & Cooking

    • The selected gelling and sweetening ingredients are prepared and cooked as the gummy base.
    • Base preparation follows the approved formulation and production process.
  2. A measured liquid being added to a stainless-steel mixing vessel
Ingredient handling at a mixing vessel.

    Botanical Addition & Mixing

    • Ashwagandha and the other specified ingredients are added and mixed according to the batch recipe.
    • Botanical dispersion and the approved flavor system are control priorities before depositing.
  3. Gummy mixture being deposited through nozzles into mold cavities
    Depositing into individual mold cavities.

    Depositing, Cooling & Demolding

    • The mixture is deposited into the selected molds, with piece weight and shape checked against the specification.
    • After initial cooling, gummies are demolded before surface finishing.
  4. Gummies tumbling inside a coating drum during production
    General gummy coating-drum operation.

    Coating & Finishing

    • The approved surface treatment is applied after demolding and before drying-room setting.
  5. Racks of gummy trays in a production room
    Tray-based handling during gummy production.

    Drying-Room Setting & Conditioning

    • After coating, gummies enter the drying room for setting and conditioning before packing.
    • The selected process guides texture and moisture-condition control.
  6. Gummies moving along divided feeding channels on packaging equipment
Gummy feeding channels ahead of filling.

    Counting, Filling & Packing

    • Finished gummies are counted or weighed into the approved packaging.
    • Fill quantity, seals and labels are checked against the released pack specification.

These images illustrate general gummy operations, not an ashwagandha production batch. Fast Launch uses existing finished stock; a private-label order does not restart this full manufacturing sequence.

Process and piece-weight checks do not replace product testing. See ingredient specifications and batch documentation for verification, or the gummy manufacturing overview for the broader process.

Product Quality

Quality Checks and Batch Release

Quality review begins with the approved product specification, continues through the checks defined for production, and ends with finished-batch release against the agreed criteria.

Raw-Material and Formula Approval

  • Before order release, your team approves the final product and packaging specifications. Talvenda uses those approved versions to control production and define the finished-product release criteria.
  • Raw-material qualification is assessed against the approved material requirements and supporting ingredient documents. Ashwagandha plant part, extraction basis, standardization or withanolide requirements are stated only where those documents support them; a 10:1 ratio alone does not declare a withanolide percentage.

In-Process Checks and Finished-Batch Release

  • Production follows the approved formula and packaging specifications, with process checks and traceability recorded under the applicable procedures.
  • The finished batch is tested and released against the agreed release specification. Its COA reports the results included in that scope; it does not prove that every possible botanical test was performed.

Samples, Specifications and Additional Testing

  • Standard samples are for sensory and presentation review and do not include specification sheets, COAs or test reports.
  • This sample policy does not replace pre-production approval: the product specification, packaging specification and agreed release requirements are confirmed before the commercial order is released.
  • Additional independent laboratory testing can be arranged when requested, with scope, method, timing and cost agreed for the project. It is separate from the checks and release work defined in the approved specification.

Shelf Life Follows Formula and Packaging

  • Fast Launch pectin gummies: The published shelf life is 24 months from manufacture, unopened and stored in a cool, dry place. Confirm the available stock’s manufacture and expiry dates for your order.
  • Made-to-order and custom: Confirm the shelf life and supporting stability basis for the selected formula and packaging before relying on a published period. A release COA is separate from shelf-life evidence.

Manufacturing & Quality

Facilities and Quality Systems

Manufacturing Network & Capacity

Our manufacturing resources include 8 automated gummy lines and 3 bottling lines across 44,500 m² of GMP-certified production space, with network capacity up to 5 million gummies per day.

These are network-wide resources, not capacity reserved for one ashwagandha project. Available capacity and the production location are confirmed for your order.

China and US Production Options

  • Project fit: Talvenda’s manufacturing network supports China and US production options. Formula, site, MOQ, cost and timing are reviewed for each project.
  • US production: The Fast Launch offer does not automatically apply. Country-of-origin labeling is reviewed against the actual production and sourcing arrangement.

cGMP Production in FDA-Registered Facilities

Talvenda coordinates production through GMP-certified and FDA-registered manufacturing facilities. Quality management covers raw-material qualification, process checks, traceability and finished-batch release. Facility registration does not mean approval of an individual gummy formula.

Credentials for Your Production Site and Product

Discuss the specific standard or program your market requires. Available documentation depends on the production site, activity and product; a facility credential does not make every SKU certified. See our manufacturing certifications and document scope.

Project Process

Manage Samples and Delivery

These project stages cover the made-to-order formula and Custom Development. Fast Launch uses the fixed stock product, with sample dispatch and approximately 14-day order handling confirmed separately.

  1. Step 01

    Choose and Review Your Sample

    • Choose the existing formula unchanged or share a custom brief. Compare herbal aroma, bitterness, sweetness, aftertaste, chew and appearance.
    • Samples needing production: The public sample-production target is 10 days after formula confirmation and agreed preparation. Preliminary development and international transit are additional; stock dispatch is confirmed separately.
  2. Step 02

Approve the Formula and Production Specification

    • Consolidate sample feedback, approve the formula version, and confirm the pack and label information. Changes outside the agreed brief are scoped separately.
    • For development projects, pilot and scale-up review connect the approved sample to the production specification and testing plan.
  3. Step 03

    Produce, Test and Arrange Delivery

    • Made-to-order blend: Typical production is 20–40 days after order release with approved product specifications, artwork and packaging. Custom timing is quoted for the project.
    • Commercial-batch testing and release follow the agreed specification. Development, samples and transit have separate places in the launch schedule.

Launching a First Product

Start with the target market, expected first-order quantity, pack plan and timing. A defined option can simplify the brief when its formula and commercial scope fit.

Expanding an Existing Range

Identify what must differ from your current products—formula direction, serving experience, flavor or packaging—then scope only those changes.

For background on ingredient evidence and serving interpretation, see our ashwagandha gummy evidence guide. Product claims still need review for your selected formula and market.

FAQ

Manufacturing FAQ

What is the minimum order for private label ashwagandha gummies?

The fixed Fast Launch product starts at 1,000 bottles per SKU. The made-to-order botanical blend starts at one metric ton of finished gummies, net weight. Custom MOQ is quoted after reviewing the formula and packaging; it does not inherit the Fast Launch threshold.

Is 3,000 mg herb equivalent the same as 3,000 mg of extract?

No. The Fast Launch formula contains 300 mg of 10:1 ashwagandha extract per two gummies, recorded as 3,000 mg herb equivalent. These are two descriptions of the same ingredient. They are not added together, and neither declares a withanolide percentage.

Can I change only the flavor or gummy base?

Yes, through Custom Development. A flavor, base, sweetener or ingredient change creates a modified formula with its own sampling and production review. A packaging-only change is assessed separately and falls outside the fixed Fast Launch configuration.

Can you develop a different extract amount or standardized formula?

Share the material specification, target amount and proposed serving. We review them with piece weight, flavor, texture and the rest of the formula before confirming feasibility, samples, MOQ and timing. A particular standardized or branded extract is not assumed to be available.

Do samples include a COA or specification sheet?

No. Standard samples are for sensory and presentation review and do not include specification sheets, COAs or test reports. Before production, your team approves the product and packaging specifications and the agreed release requirements. Commercial-batch documents follow production and testing. See the sample request guide for scope and fees.

Are independent tests included in every order?

Each commercial order follows the checks and finished-batch release requirements defined in its approved specification. Additional independent laboratory testing can be arranged when the buyer requests a separate scope; method, timing and cost are agreed during quotation. The batch COA reports only the tests included in the release specification.

How soon can a branded order be ready?

Fast Launch order handling is approximately 14 days after stock and order confirmation, artwork approval and production-file approval. The made-to-order blend typically takes 20–40 days after order release with approved specifications and packaging. Development, samples, shipping and customs are additional; confirm the schedule for your order.

How do we compare the two existing formulas?

Compare the complete formula and reporting basis. Fast Launch combines 300 mg of 10:1 extract and 25 mcg vitamin D2 per two gummies. The made-to-order blend lists 15 mg ashwagandha plus four other ingredients per gummy. Neither a larger equivalent number nor more ingredients establishes an equivalent or stronger finished-product effect.
