Start with an existing formula or submit your own brief. Samples are for B2B brand and product-team evaluation worldwide, not retail sale or consumer distribution.
Existing formula samples
Choose from the gummy product catalogue of proven formulas. For a faster start, the Low MOQ · 1,000 bottles range — including melatonin, creatine, biotin, ashwagandha and apple cider vinegar gummies — is stocked and ready for shorter turnaround.
You can select several formulas for a combined quotation. The 1,000-bottle MOQ applies per SKU to bulk orders of stock products; each standard sample is one bottle per formula. Samples not in stock follow the production timing below.

Full sample fee credit toward bulk production
When you move ahead with a bulk-production order, your sample fee can be credited in full.
Included in your sample package
One formula: an initial 60-gummy bottle sample, followed by up to two revision rounds within the agreed sample scope.
Two rounds of adjustments to the confirmed sample brief are included. If you add ingredients or change requirements beyond that brief, we assess the additional development, timing and shipping costs and confirm a revised quote before proceeding.

Fee & payment
Pricing is confirmed for your formula and selected options. Ingredient choices, active-ingredient costs and scope changes may affect the final quote; tax inclusion follows the agreed shipping arrangement.
Pay in full upfront by T/T or an international cross-border payment platform.
Production timing
The sample-production target is 10 days after preliminary formula confirmation and agreed pre-production work. Your specialist confirms the start point and any project-specific changes.
Preliminary development and international transit are additional; this is not a delivery-date promise.
Shipping arrangements
International express uses DHL, UPS or FedEx, with tracking. You may nominate a carrier or use your own courier account.
Transit estimates, tax and clearance responsibilities are agreed for the destination. Air freight or air delivery with clearance and taxes included is quoted separately where requested.

Refine Your Samples for Bulk Production
Approve the reviewed version, request a defined adjustment or revisit the direction before moving forward.
Send one consolidated review
Include the formula or quotation reference, review date, what worked and the changes needed. Attach photos for appearance or packaging issues.
Confirm any revision
Send your feedback for the two included revision rounds. Your specialist will confirm whether the requested adjustments fit the original brief and flag any additional cost or time before the next round.
Move to a production quotation
A selected production-ready sample uses the same formula, active ingredients and dosage as the production product. Requested changes are agreed separately. When you are ready, move forward with gummy manufacturing.
After approval, discuss the bulk quantity, branding and packaging with your specialist. The production quotation confirms MOQ, price, lead time, payment and shipping terms.

We review each case and agree a remedy, such as replacement samples. Talvenda covers remedy costs for issues attributable to us. Later-reported issues can still be reviewed case by case.
